America beckons
My feature for the Jesuit weekly is now set to debut early next month
Just a quick note to let you know that my feature article on Father Louis J. Twomey, S.J., for America magazine is now set to run at the start of February, for Black History Month. The delay has enabled me to add an archival discovery that I am very excited about—and yes, it has to do with Father Twomey’s friendship with the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
As soon as my America article appears online, I’ll post a link here for subscribers. In the meantime, please keep up the prayers for my research and for my efforts to find the right publisher for my biography of Father Twomey. It means a lot to know that you and other Matters Twomey readers are interested in the life of that great-souled Jesuit. Praying for you too!
